What are the requirements for your cart?
Our cart requires placement within 50 ft. of a 110v power outlet, ideally the outlet would be solely designated for Sugar Sugar.
What is in your cotton candy?
Our cotton candy is handcrafted in small batches, we only use the purest ingredients: organic cane sugar, organic flavoring, and fruit and veggie-based dyes. Our cotton candy is vegan, kosher, gluten-free.
Let us know if you have any dietary restrictions and we will be happy to curate your menu according to your needs.
How far do you travel?
Sugar Sugar will travel as far as you want, but we do charge $5/mile beyond a 20-mile radius of Long Beach, CA.
When do you arrive on site?
Typically we arrive approximately 15-20 minutes before your scheduled cart service time. We are available to arrive as early as you'd like for a fee.
What do you typically wear?
We typically wear black slacks and black long sleeve tops with our signature Sugar-Sugar pink aprons, black flats and hair pulled back and tidy to events. Alternatively we wear our vintage inspired Sugar Sugar candy shop dresses. If your event requires a specific dress code please let us know and we will be happy to customize our look for your event.
Do you charge tax?
Yes, in California event services are taxable and will be added to your quotation. Delivery products are goods and are taxable as well.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit card, and mobile payments like Venmo, PayPal and Zelle. Each order will include a detailed invoice, and you can pay our invoice via mobile or desktop.
